Established in the 1850s in honor of Rev. James Bickford, it was converted and renovated to the highest standards in 2011.

The now-home has a huge living room with 5-meter ceiling, three spacious bedrooms, a theatre room with a private deck. As the original church building was quite small, the developer added a contemporary extension too.
