Situated in the heart of Downtown Seattle, USA, the 150-residential loft ‘Mosler Lofts’ tower was built in 2008 and offers environmental quality as an urban lifestyle choice for downtown Seattle’s growing live/work community.
An artist in New York
When a talented artist selects a unique architect to construct his private residence while he designs custom and monumental items for the interior, the outcome is nothing less than spectacular. In this case the private residence belongs to the artist Jonny Detiger and the architect is Markus Dochantschi (studio MDA). This project does not fall short of high expectations.
Modern Rustic Barn
New York-based architect Russell Groves did a tremendous job preserving the existing structure and bringing modernity to this barn. He knew how to use the height of the building to create even more interest with dramatic Capiz-shell globe chandeliers and with gorgeous furniture, many from his own collection.
Riverdale Loft
Originally a printing press factory, this Toronto building was converted into lofts many years ago. Since then, the units are in dire need of an update, and require a reconsideration for the interaction between original features with comfortable living.

Two storeys of art
Welcome to the a home which not just contains, but celebrates art. When Fred and Anna-Karin decided to abandon the residential life and seek a change, they would still remain in Lidingö. The opportunity emerged when a large turn of the century building was converted to condominiums. A bit later, they had fallen for a duplex of more than 200 square meters, with large windows.
White in Stockholm

This private villa is situated on the north-face hillside of Barvikha, a luxury village west of Moscow. The area is dotted with luxury dachas and covered by rich vegetation of pine and birch trees that typically grow up to 20m high.
Surprise in London
The remodelling of the interior of a listed apartment on Queen’s Gate Terrace in South Kensington, London successfully marries the original features that had to be retained, with a new contemporary structure that helped to divide the space.
