Futuristic loft
Patrick Tighe Architects have created this 1400 square foot loft, located in a warehouse building in downtown Los Angeles. The live-work environment was designed for a creative professional. Two distinct entities are evident in the design. The angular geometry of the faceted stone clad monolith stands in contrast to the free flowing organic elliptical shaped room.
Market Street Ten
Joel Sanders was the architect selected by the owners of this penthouse to take the challenge posed by the design of this duplex unit. The trick was to take advantage of the best advantage of this corner unit – a dramatic view of downtown San Francisco that were compromised by discontinuous groupings of conventional double hung windows.
The Italian Job
The Twin Lofts by Fredrico Delrosso Architects presents duality in every direction. Formerly a factory in what was once an industrial part of Milan, the area has been transformed into a residential district which now houses this spectacular private residence.
A barn’s new life
This old barn in the Netherlands was transformed into a gorgeous family home by Dutch architects Maxwan. They made the owners very happy by giving them what they were longing for: a large kitchen/living room area for them to relax, entertain friends and host wine tasting parties for their customers.

A hip young couple living in Vancouver’s Yaletown entertainment district gets married and decides to start a family. Requiring more space than they can afford in Yaletown, but deliberately wanting to avoid the typical retreat to the suburbs, the couple purchases a run-down loft space a few blocks away in Crosstown.
Incredible Residence
Johannesburg, South Africa is the beautiful setting for this amazing architectural masterpiece. Designed by Nico Van Der Meulen Architects, this 1,400 sqm residence in Eccleston Rd, Bryanston, stands tall on a sloped terrain, which was the reason for constructing a large basement as a base for the structure on the lower side of the building.
