Parisian Workshop

This 200-square-meter, three-level loft is located in the Bastille quarter of Paris. Renovated with a great respect to its original building and its former workshop spirit, the loft has a trendy industrial vibe with lots of light throughout.

Gallery Loft

Looking at these images you’d think you were in an art gallery, museum or some sort of showroom – but it’s a loft, a loft with an unusual style, where someone lives. That someone happens to be Mitch Alfus of Libra Leather – one of the most important leather suppliers around.

Goin’ to the chapel…

This sturdy early 1900’s building has been transformed with a contemporary warehouse vibe but the chapel shell remains as does the simple utilitarian feel. It was plain and functional in the praise of the Lord when it was a church and now it is minimal and functional in the service of the owners.
