Old Jewel Mill

This loft is located in an old jewel mill in a reclaimed former industrial area, near the harbor of Eriksberg, Sweden. The architecture has been allowed to continue characterize the residential environment, which continues in the interior.

The large windows provide natural light out of the ordinary at the same time, together with the generous ceiling height, contributes to the apartment’s airy feel. When the sun disappears from the east balcony, it takes only a minute before it reaches the west. This means that you can always choose to sit in the sun or in shade. Enjoy a wonderful view of the historic port and river environment.

A cool bedroom which easily accommodates a double bed with bedside tables. A glass door leads out to the apartment’s east balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun and views over the dock down to the river.

 The bathroom is in a stylish and timeless design with white tiled walls and gray, slate-like tiled floors. The glass-enclosed shower corner is equipped with both overhead shower and hand nozzle.
