Italian Loft of Contrasts

Just a few steps from the historic center of Turin this Italian loft is characterized by contrasts; large bright spaces and a huge terrace.

Minimalist Medieval

Remove yourself from the modern world with an escape to a medieval watchtower overlooking the Carpini valley in Umbria, Italy. Secluded valleys, breathtaking vistas and a 12th century building lovingly restored with a minimalist bent. Mighty stone and wood marry with steel and glass while luxurious but minimalist furnishings reflect an austere past but a hedonist present. Moravola.

Raw Gramercy Loft

This loft has a distinctive country feeling, but still remains modern and a bit eclectic. Built from reclaimed materials, it features raw stone walls and bare wood in every corner of the space.

Loft on Rue de Rivoli

Isabelle Stanislas and Leiko Oshima’s design style is apparent in the transformation of a Paris building on Rue de Rivoli, from an office space into a glamorous art loving residence.

Franklin Street Loft

North and south exposures in this 3000 square foot loft in Tribeca allowed us to line the south facing wall with two guest bedrooms and a 900 sf master suite. The trapezoid shaped plan creates an exaggerated perspective as one looks through the main living space space to the kitchen.

The Box House

This gorgeous loft located in Florence, Italy, used to be a carpenter’s workshop. Using more than 300 old wooden ballot boxes, architect Alessandro Capellaro remodeled this “box house” with a mix of vintage furniture, bold colors and unique objects.

An Old Mill

This charming home respects the original architecture of the old mill which the project replaced. Stone and wood give this place a lovely traditional feel. But the interior design also features some contemporary furniture pieces which are pleasantly combined with vintage details, creating truly charming decors.
